The Welch Foundation supports college scholarships by participating as a donor to the Texas Interscholastic League Foundation (TILF).  Applicants must apply through TILF.

The Foundation supports 20 scholarships annually at $14,000 each, payable over four years.  Applicants may attend any of the Texas colleges or universities approved by the Foundation.  Applicants must major in chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering and be willing to engage in chemical research at the graduate level.
